Camden County Accident Sends One to ER with Serious Injuries

A Climax Springs man is seriously hurt when he locked up the brakes for an unknown reason while going down a hill along Coffman Bend Drive in Camden County sending the 1962 International Scout overturning off the road and striking a tree.

The highway patrol says it happened shortly before 3:00 Thursday afternoon.

The 49-year-old was not wearing a seat belt and was life-flighted to University Hospital.
