Tooth Fairy Winning Bedtime Battle So Far

The Tooth Fairy is winning the bedtime battle…one tooth at a time.

That’s according to Delta Dental which has released new findings in its 2026 Original Tooth Fairy Poll.

Among highlights from the poll, the average value of a single lost tooth has increased over the past year by 17-percent to $5.84. The survey also found that kids expecting a visit from the Tooth Fairy will go to bed earlier than usual.

The poll also realigned with S&P market trends for the first time since 2022.
