Eight Arrests Made Across The Lake Area Over The Weekend By HWP

The highway patrol reports eight arrests over the weekend in the lake area…five of them for alleged drunk driving.

One person was also arrested for possession of a controlled substance, one for leaving the scene of a property damage accident and one for driving-related offenses.

Four of the arrests were reported in Miller County, three in Camden County and one in Morgan County.

The patrol also reported one accident when a UTV overturned and sent three Sunrise Beach teenagers with minor injuries to the emergency room.

And on the water there were no incidents reported.
