A homeless Waynesville man with a driver’s license out of the State of Colorado is taken into custody on a felony warrant in Pulaski County.

52-year-old James Holmes was arrested Monday night by the highway patrol.

It’s alleged that Holmes posted a Facebook message on the page of the Westside Baptist Church in Georgia blaming the Church for allowing a “punk victim” to pull a gun on his son and saying that he was going after the Church.

The local Westside Baptist Church in Waynesville was made aware of the threat and identified Holmes as a homeless man they had helped in the past and who started making threats when the help stopped.

A warrant was issued and Holmes was being held on a $10,000 bond in the Pulaski County Jail.
