Highway Patrol Reports Accident With DWI Charges For This Weekend

The highway patrol reports one accident and only two arrests from over the weekend in the lake area.

The accident involved a UTV that overturned and rolled down a hill in Morgan County sending two people to the hospital…one with serious injuries…and the driver now facing a pending DWI charge.

The other arrest, in Miller County, involved an Iberia woman for driving while revoked and not staying in her lane resulting in an accident.
