Lake Area Endurance Runs Set For May 2026

A date has been announced for the next Lake of the Ozarks Endurance Runs.

It’s the eighth year for what has now become a tradition with the three-race event set for May 2^nd which will attract runners from across the country to Lake of the Ozarks State Park with each of the races starting and ending at Public Beach #1.

The LOZ Traverse race, which will begin at 7:00-AM, is a 35-mile combination of trail running and paddling…the Trail of Four Winds 25K, starting at 9:00 that morning, will feature classic Ozark terrain with lake views, rock outcrops and an elevation gain of more than 1600…and the Wandering Bobcat 5-Miler, which will begin at 9:30 that morning, is billed as a fast and heavy run with more than a 700 foot elevation gain.

The overall event will culminate that day with TrailFest…food, drinks, music, vendors and awards.
