Camden County Roadwork To Include Culvert Replacements This Week

The lake area apparently escapes any major damage from the storms and the heavy rain over the weekend.

The Camden County Road and Bridge Department is also urging residents to use caution when crossing any low water areas and, when in doubt, to turn around and don’t drown while they are out assessing any damages.

The department also, weather permitting today, is closing Lower Prairie Hollow Road near the Cedar Ridge Circle and Laura Hufferd intersection to replace a failing culvert pipe.

There will also be short temporary closures on Wednesday or Thursday on Lower Prairie to replace another failing culvert in the same area.
