Camdenton Aquatic Center Taken Over by ‘Man’s Best Friend’

For the most part, the weather held off on Saturday (Sept. 12) and the Camdenton Aquatic Center was taken over by man’s best friend.

It was the city’s annual “dog dipping” days with all kinds of breeds, along with their owners, hitting the water at the pool.

The event’s become a popular way to officially close the season at the pool.

Participation was reported lighter than usual likely in part to the airshow also happening just a couple miles down the road.
