Kaiser Man Serving 20 Year Sentence For Child Sex Crimes Dies In JC Correctional Center

A lake area man serving a 20 year sentence in the Jefferson City Correctional Center for child sex crimes has died.

Edgar Bilyeu, of Kaiser, pleaded guilty in 2018 to one count of statutory sodomy and two counts of child molestation.

The 78-year-old Bilyeu died on Friday at Capital Region.

An autopsy is not planned.
