The name was changed to Scouting America.

Girls were accepted.

Now the organization has agreed to drop DEI and alter its membership policy.

Membership will be based solely on biological sex at birth and not gender identity.

Hegseth says he will review the changes in 6 months and decide if the military should continue to support Scouting America.
