Thousands Gather To Pay Respects To Fallen Officers In Christian County

As expected, thousands gathered over the weekend in Christian County for the funeral services of fallen deputies 30-year-old Gabriel Ramirez and 40-year-old Michael Hislope followed by a procession after through Ozark.

The two were shot to death last week and two other deputies injured in the subsequent search for the suspect after what appeared to be a routine traffic stop turned tragic.

The suspect was also killed when officers moved in on him during the manhunt.
