Camdenton Man Seriously Hurt in Laclede County Accident

A Camdenton man is among two people seriously hurt in two-vehicle accident Thursday afternoon at the intersection of highways D and E in Laclede County.

The highway patrol says it happened when the 27-year-old from Camdenton failed to stop at a stop sign and struck the other vehicle head-on driven a 16-year-old girl from Eldridge.

Both drivers were wearing seat belts at the time and were seriously hurt. They were both taken to area hospitals.
