LOTO Corvette Club Teams Up With Lake Regional For Cancer Fundraiser

The Lake of the Ozarks Corvette Club is teaming up again with Lake Regional Health System in a show of support for cancer survivors and supporters in the lake area.

Don Detmen says the Corvettes Against Cancer internal car show will feature club members trying to raise a modest but lofty goal to go towards the cause.

“Our goal is is to raise $8000 this year instead of five, so we’ve we’ve got a monumental task to do, but I think our club is vigilant enough to where I think we could do it.”

The event from 9-11-AM will take place at Lake Regional Hospital and is open to the public for those who want to get an up close look at the vettes competing in the fundraiser.
