Illinois Woman Killed in Camden County Accident

An Illinois woman is dead after a one-vehicle accident Sunday afternoon on westbound-54 near Spring Valley Road in Camden County.

The highway patrol says the vehicle driven by the 50-year-old from Chandlerville ran off the road and struck a concrete driveway.

The woman, who was wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead a short time later at Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach.
