Camdenton Man Injured in Benton County Accident

A Camdenton man is injured in a two-vehicle accident on northbound Highway-65 south of Route-P in Benton County.

The highway patrol says it happened early Sunday afternoon when the 57-year-old from Camdenton was reaching for a bottle he had dropped and rear-ended a vehicle driven by a 75-year-old woman from Cole Camp.

The woman was uninjured while the man, who was not wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital.
