Camdenton Woman Injured After Being Rear-ended On HWY 54

A 70-year-old Camdenton woman is seriously hurt in a two-vehicle accident early Thursday night on eastbound U.S. 54 at Cedar Heights Drive in Camden County.

The highway patrol says the woman was stopped and waiting to turn when she was hit from behind by a 21-year-old man also from Camdenton.

The woman was taken to Lake Regional Hospital while the man was uninjured.
