Details Released Regarding Coach Drinkwitz’s Extension At Mizzou

We’ve got new details on that contract extension signed by Mizzou football coach Eli Drinkwitz a couple weeks back.

For starters, how about automatic extensions?

For every eight win season Coach Drink compiles, that would add a raise to that extension each and every time he accomplishes that feat.

This is good news for his coaching staff.

His salary pool is going to increase from 12 million to $16,000,000 annually.

That would be in the upper tier of SEC coaching Staffs.

Speaking of Mizzou, former Mizzou running back Cody Schrader has found a new home.

He was claimed off waivers by the Houston Texans.

Schrader, who was cut earlier in the year by the LA Rams, has played in just one game in 2025.
