Earthquakes Continue To Rattle Residents In The Bootheel

The latest in a series of small earthquakes in Southeast Missouri shakes the ground early Tuesday evening in the bootheel area of Pemiscot County.

The USGS says the 2.6 magnitude quake occurred at a depth of 9 miles about a mile north-northwest of Cooter.

There were no reports of anyone feeling the small quake or any damage.
