A 53-year-old from Lincoln is being held on more than a quarter-of-a-million dollar bond after allegedly ramming a sheriff’s office patrol car and then trying to hit a second patrol car.

A probable cause statement filed in the Benton County Courthouse says the incident happened shortly after 6:00 Saturday morning in the area of Pinewood and Pin Oak drives when officers were investigating a delayed accident.

Rudolph Rubalcaba, the third, also allegedly denied that he was the driver of the car and appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.
