Man Behind Bars Following Domestic Assault In Osage Beach

A reported domestic assault in Osage Beach lands one person on felony charges in the Camden County Jail.

The probable cause statement alleges that 23-year-old Jose-Alize Lance Alonzo Rangel was intoxicated and in possession of a firearm when the incident happened late Saturday night.

It’s also alleged that Rangel made statements to the effect that he lost his stuff and questioned an unidentified person also at the scene for opening the door at his house for the police.

Rangel is formally charged with second-degree domestic assault, unlawful use of a weapon for being in possession of a loaded weapon while intoxicated, and armed criminal action.

He’s being held without bond.
