Mid-County Dive Team Recovers Vehicle from the Lake (in Continuing Education Exercise)

Continuing education has been a theme over the past couple of days for Mid-County firefighters.

During that team, the district’s dive team was busy hitting the classroom and the water on how to work with a vehicle sunk in the lake. The dive teams learned how to attach to a vehicle, float it to the surface and then remove it from the water.

The training was led by instructor Tyler Prater from Muddy River Divers.
