Mostly Quiet Weekend For The Highway Patrol

It’s almost a clean slate for the highway over the weekend in the lake area.

The patrol reports no traffic accidents, no water-related incidents and only one arrest for the weekend.

That one arrest happened late Saturday afternoon in Morgan County when a 27-year-old man from Sedalia was busted for alleged DWI and other driving offenses.

He was released on summons with a future court date.
