United Food Workers Reach Agreement With Springfield Dispensary

The United Food and Commercial Workers Local 2 has announced the ratification of a first collective bargaining agreement at Key Cannabis Dispensary in Springfield.

The agreement will translate to significant wage increases, bonuses, and additional time off to the 16,000 affected workers.

Workers at the dispensary voted three years ago to unionize and have been in negotiations since that time leading to the announcement of the collective bargaining agreement.
