Festus Man Faces Drug Charges In Miller County

A Festus man has a future court date in Miller County after being arrested Thursday afternoon by the highway patrol.

The patrol report alleges that 45-year-old Kenneth McCoin was under the influence of drugs, failed to stay on the right half of the road and was in possession of brass knuckles.

McCoin was released on summons.
