One Dead After ATV Accident in Moniteau County

A 74-year-old man from California, Missouri, is dead after an ATV accident on Moniteau County Route-KK near Swillum Road.

The highway patrol says it happened when the ATV cross over the center and off the road before rolling over and ejecting the man.

The 74-year-old was pronounced dead on the scene.
