Two Injured in Motorcycle Versus Deer Accident in State Park

Two Camdenton residents are injured, one seriously, when the motorcycle they were on struck a deer in the roadway.

The highway patrol says it happened around 1:40 this morning (Fri, 9/26) on Missouri-134 at Cassidy Road in the state park in Miller County.

The driver, a 51-year-old man, suffered moderate injuries while his passenger, a 54-year-old woman, was seriously hurt.

Both were wearing helmets and were taken to Lake Regional Hospital.
