Four people are hurt in two separate accidents on Wednesday.
The first one was a head-on collision late afternoon on Route-Z near Bent Tree Drive in Benton County.
The driver, a 32-year-old man from Warsaw, was not wearing a seat belt and suffered serious injuries. He was taken to Lake Regional Hospital. He’s also facing a pending charge of DWI involving serious injury.
The other driver, a 38-year-old woman from Warsaw, suffered minor injuries while her passenger, a 43-year-old man also from Warsaw, suffered minor injuries. They were wearing seat belts and were taken to a nearby hospital.
The 2nd accident happened on Morgan County Route-JJ near Jaybird Lane
The highway patrol says it happened when a 46-year-old woman from Stover ran off the roadway before striking a fence and overturning.
The woman was wearing a seat belt and suffered minor injuries.
