Illinois Man Killed in Camden County Accident

One person is dead after a one-vehicle accident on Route-F south of ‘TT’ in Camden County.

The highway patrol says it happened around 12:45 Saturday morning (July 12) when the car driven by a 54-year-old man from Bartonville, Illinois, ran off the road along a curve before striking a tree and overturning.

The man was wearing a seat belt and was pronounced dead on the scene.
