One Seriously Hurt in Pedestrian Accident

NOTE: This accident apparently happened in Callaway County. The highway patrol report indicated that it happened in Camden County.

One person is seriously hurt around 9:00 Monday night in a pedestrian accident on Route-C south of County Road 400.

The highway patrol says a 65-year-old woman from Mokane was standing in the roadway when she was hit by a northbound car driven by a 33-year-old woman from Mokane.

The 65-year-old was seriously hurt and taken to University Hospital.
