Osage Beach TIF Commission Discussion Meeting Set For Arrowhead Centre Plan

The Osage Beach Tax Increment Financing commission gets together this week to consider a resolution to approve the 2025 amendment to the redevelopment of the Arrowhead Centre TIF plan.

The 226-acre plan, along Route-K-K, includes property once the site of the Dogwood Hills Golf Course and will be developed as eight separate projects including retail, institutional, residential, recreation and office uses.

The developer is asking for a TIF plan in conjunction with the creation of a Community Improvement District that does not require the city to issue debt to support the project.

The TIF Commission meeting, in Osage Beach City Hall, will begin at 5:30 Thursday afternoon.

Approval by the commission will send the issue for final approval to the board of aldermen.
