Roach Man Killed in Camden County Accident

A 63-year-old man from Roach is dead after a head-on collision on highway-5 at the Niangua Bridge in Camden County.

The highway patrol says it happened around 6:20 Friday night.

The man was pronounced dead a short time later at Lake Regional Hospital while the other driver was not injured. A passenger in his car, however, a 27-year-old man from Columbia, was airlifted with serious injuries to University Hospital.
