Rocky Mount Man Faces Several Pending Felony Charges in Linn County

A Rocky Mount man faces several felony charges after being arrested by the highway patrol early Thursday night in Linn County.

The highway patrol report indicates that pending charges against 36-year-old Nicholas Lax include three counts of armed criminal action, two counts of first-degree property damage and one count of first-degree assault.

Lax was taken to the Linn County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
