Small Earthquake Hits Pulaski County Thursday Morning

The U.S. Geological Survey is reporting a small earthquake that shook the ground near Richland in Pulaski County.

Reports indicate the 2.4 event on the Richter scale about two miles deep was about 8.7 miles south-southeast of Richland and about 10-and-a-half miles northwest of Fort Leonard Wood.

The earthquake was recorded about 1:34am on Thursday.
