St. Charles Man Injured In Route 42 Accident

A St. Charles man is injured when the freightliner truck he was driving in the 1400 block of Route-42 in Miller County ran off the road striking a couple mailboxes, a driveway embankment and a culvert.

The highway patrol says it happened around 10:00 Wednesday morning.

The man was wearing a seat belt and was taken with moderate injuries to Lake Regional Hospital.
