Warsaw Man Faces Felony Rape Charges Dating Back To April

A 46-year-old Warsaw man finds himself on the wrong end of a first-degree felony charge of rape or attempted rape.

Paperwork in the Benton County Courthouse alleges that Donald Eugene Nations is accused of a rape from back on, or about, April 15^th of last year.

Nations is further identified in the probable cause statement as a friend of the victim’s father.

Further, a sexual assault kit processed on the victim did show the presence of male D-N-A which matched Nations, who confirmed that he was home on the night of the alleged rape.

Bond was set at $500,000.
