A 29-year-old from Eldon faces several charges including DWI and driving on the wrong side of Highway-54, near Old Bass Road, in Cole County. The highway patrol report says it happened shortly before 11:45 Wednesday night. Courtney Wardenburg is also charged with property damage and assault on law enforcement. Wardenburg was booked into the Cole County Jail.
