Lake Man Injured In Motorcycle Crash Near Kansas City

A lake area resident is seriously hurt in a motorcycle accident on Route-MM north of Gilman City in Harrison County.

The highway patrol says it happened late Tuesday morning when the 71-year-old man from Stover saw an animal in the roadway, sending the Gold Wing he was riding off the road where it overturned and partially ejected the man.

The man was flown to a hospital in St. Joe.
