One Injured in Morgan County Pedestrian Accident

A pedestrian accident Friday morning on Route-W south of Golden Beach Road sends one person to the hospital.

The highway patrol says the 35-year-old man from Stover was directing traffic when he was hit by a southbound vehicle which then left the scene.

The pedestrian suffered moderate injuries and was taken to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach.
