One Dead After Pedestrian Accident in Benton County

One person is dead after a pedestrian accident late Friday night in Benton County.

The highway patrol says it happened on Route-BB east of Fir Drive when a car driven by a 22-year-old man from Sedalia hit the 28-year-old man from Warsaw who was in the roadway.

The man from Warsaw was pronounced dead on the scene while the driver of the car was uninjured.
