Kansas City Man Dies After Backing Car Into the Water

An 86-year-old man from Kansas City is dead after backing the car he was driving over a sea wall and into the water.

The highway patrol says it happened early Wednesday evening in the 440 block of Sportsmans Drive in Camden County.

The man was pronounced dead on the scene.
