Woman With Intellectual Disabilities Goes Missing In Pulaski County

The Pulaski County Sheriff’s office is asking for your help in finding a missing woman.

Officials say the 29-year-old has intellectual disabilities and is currently without her required medications.

The woman, identified as Heaven Leigha Gemes, went missing on Monday from a location on Roulette Road in Waynesville, and has not been seen or heard from since.

She’s described as a white woman, standing 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 136 pounds, with brown hair, blue eyes, and a nose ring.

Anyone who sees Gemes or has information about her whereabouts should immediately dial 911, or contact the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office at 573-774-6196.
