Accident In Miller County Sends Two People To The Emergency Room

A two-vehicle accident late Wednesday afternoon on the intersection of highways 17 and 52 in Miller County sends one person with serious injuries to the hospital.

The highway patrol report says 62-year-old Richard Abbott, of Ulman, was trying to turn into a gas station and pulled into the path of 55-year-old Brian Kliethermes of Eugene.

Kliethermes was serious hurt and taken to a Jefferson City hospital. Abbott was uninjured.
