Accident On Highway 5 Sends One To The Hospital

A two-vehicle accident just before Tuesday’s bus accident happened, also on north highway-5, sends one person to the hospital.

The highway patrol says it happened near Forest Drive when 37-year-old man from Versailles cross the center to try making a left turn and was hit in the side by a 65-year-old woman from Sunrise Beach.

The woman was uninjured while the man was taken with minor injuries to Lake Regional.
