Camdenton Road Improvements Begin This June

Road improvements are set for June in the city of Camdenton.

Officials say the city’s contractor will start the milling and resurfacing project for Business Route 5 on June 6^th from end to end within city limits.

The work will be from 7PM to 7AM Monday through Thursdays and sections of the road will be closed at various times.

The city believes the project will be completed within three weeks, depending on weather.

The City’s contractor, Capital Paving will be milling and resurfacing Business Rt 5 in Camdenton beginning on June 6, 2022. The project will be the entire road within the city limits. Crews will be working from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Monday thru Thursdays with an occasional Friday if needed. Sections of this road will be completely closed at various times.

Crews will make every attempt to keep roads open as much as possible. The City will be giving updates prior to and during this process. We anticipate the project taking app three weeks depending on weather.
