Co-Developer Named for Outlet Mall Redevelopment in Osage Beach

A co-developer has been named for the Osage Beach Outlet redevelopment.

A release sent Tuesday afternoon by the City of Osage Beach reports that Chris Foster, of Horizon Development, announced that he has reached an agreement with Jeff McMahon, of JDM Real Estate Solutions, to be the co-developer.

The outlet mall marketplace was purchased in late 2024 by an affiliated entity of Sky Real Estate in Kansas City which, in turn, agreed with Horizon to lead efforts to redevelop the 60-acre property with Sky maintaining an ownership interest.

McMahon is quoted in the release saying that he’s been in contact with Osage Beach Mayor Michael Harmison who offered his ideas and full support for the project.

Current plans are to officially break ground on the project later this year or early 2026 with the anticipated grand opening of the redeveloped marketplace in late summer or early fall-2027.
