Heat Advisory Extended Again

It’s not much of a surprise but that heat advisory issued for the lake area and beyond has been extended again.

With temperatures forecast in the mid-to-upper-90’s and heat indexes up to 105 or higher, the advisory is now in effect through at least 8:00 Saturday night.

There could be a break coming up with lower-90’s expected on Sunday and then temperatures only in the lower 80’s for the start of the new week on Monday.
