Ice Cream Factory To Hold Ground Breaking Next Thursday

The Eldon-based Ice Cream Factory will soon be breaking ground for their new plant in Lebanon.

The groundbreaking, at 1201 Kansas Street, is scheduled to begin at 2:00 next Thursday, May 5th.

Governor Parson is expected to be on hand for the event.
