Jefferson City Woman Facing Pending Charges After Being Arrested by the Highway Patrol in Miller County

A 42-year-old Jefferson City woman is being held in the Miller County Jail on pending charges of tampering with a motor vehicle, not displaying navigational lights and operating a vessel in a careless and imprudent manner.

The highway patrol says Grace Arnold was arrested shortly before midnight Saturday night.

Her bond was set at $25,000.
