Missing Kansas City Man’s Body Found In Missouri River Near St. Charles

The body of a Kansas City man previously reported as missing on the Missouri River in mid-February has been recovered in St. Charles County.

The highway patrol says 29-year-old Alexander Stark’s body was discovered on Tuesday floating near mile marker-43 and was positively identified on Thursday.

Stark was not wearing a safety device and is the fourth drowning victim of the year statewide.
