Let’s talk about some spring training baseball yesterday for the Cardinals.

Matthew Liberatore trying to win a spot as we’ve talked about in the rotation, maybe in the bullpen.

Liberatore did allow five runs on seven hits over four innings of work but struck out five…didn’t walk a batter earns his second win he’s 2 -0 on the spring but with an ERA of six.

He did allow two home runs yesterday as well.

Alec Burleson his first home run of the spring.


Yvonne Herrera who could factor in as the backup behind Wilson Contreras hit a home run as well…haven’t talked a lot about this since he debuted for the Royals last season.

Lefty Cole Reagan’s struggled on the mound yesterday against the Rockies….allowed four runs on six hits over three and two-thirds, two strikeouts one walk, he’s 0 -1 -1 now on the spring with an ERA of 4.15.

Overall the Royals are 11 and 7 on the year.


Players championship begins tomorrow….TPC sawgrass commissioner Jay Monahan on Tuesday said discussions continue with the Saudi Public Investment Fund, but declined to go into any real details.


Tonight Mizzou basketball could be the end of the line for this 2024 season….Tigers take on the Georgia Bulldogs at the SCC tournament.
